The Story
I recently had the pleasure of photographing an engagement shoot in Belle Prairie for a couple that I’m so excited to be working with on their big day! Christine and Matt are getting hitched on May 6th, and I’m lucky enough to be their wedding photographer in Albany.
These two are something special. They’re both hardworking go-getters who are passionate about their work. It’s so obvious these cuties work together as a top-notch team! Matt, a farm boy, may have been a bit more camera-shy than Christine but he was more than cooperative throughout the shoot! Their pup was absolutely adorable. However, she had other ideas about what she wanted to do during the shoot (like going on doggo adventures).
Christine was actually referred to me by another bride who I’ll be shooting a wedding for in October. It’s always such a joy to work with clients who come to me by way of recommendation. It’s a testament to the relationships I strive to build with my clients!
The Engagement Session
We did the shoot at Belle Prairie Park on a gorgeous fall day. Even though the weather was a little chilly, the park was the perfect backdrop for this shoot. With tall pines, riverside views, and beautiful prairie, we had a lot to work with!
It’s important to me to capture the personalities and unique chemistry of the couples I work with. And with Christine and Matt, it was easy to see that they have something really special. I’m so excited to see them tie the knot in May and capture all the special moments of their big day!
