What a DAY this Heartfelt Summer Wedding was! Mariah and Chris said “I do” with the most joyful celebration and I can’t stop smiling just thinking about it. From start to finish, their wedding was a beautiful reflection of who they are: genuine, considerate, and so very committed to love.
We were very fortunate to be tucked inside The Regency Venue (with glorious A/C!) because whew, it was a hot one outside. But inside we found pure magic. Laughter echoed through the halls, happy tears flowed freely.
The energy was completely perfect.
Mariah looked absolutely radiant, and I swear she was crying happy tears off and on all day (and honestly, same). During their first look, Chris’s reaction was everything a bride could hope for. He nearly lost it the second he saw her, and who could blame him? These moments of total togetherness always remind me why I love being behind the lens!
One of the most beautiful details of the day didn’t come in the form of flowers or decorations (though those were stunning, too). It came as a simple but powerful habit: the Bride and Groom told me they have shared one positive thing with each other every single day since they started dating! That’s over 2,000 little moments of connection and intentional love. There’s no doubt in my mind that this love of theirs has a foundation stronger than diamonds.
Their ceremony was tender, their vows heartfelt, and the dance floor? Absolutely alive. Friends and family surrounded them with so much warmth, I couldn’t ignore the happiness vibrating all around the room!
