Luke and Ana’s wedding at Gale Woods Farm was the perfect blend of heart, laughter, and pure joy. From the very first moment of the day, you could feel how much love surrounded them. Even with the chill in the air and the September wind sweeping across the fields, there was warmth everywhere you looked.
The day began at a charming white farmhouse tucked among the trees. The girls got ready upstairs, laughter echoing through the hallways as Ana slipped into her lace gown with fluttery sleeves. Her long curls cascaded down her back, and a few sprigs of greenery in her hair tied everything together.
She looked like a princess, truly!
Downstairs, Luke and his groomsmen buttoned their shirts and pulled on cowboy boots, their quiet excitement filling the room.
The first look might have been my favorite part. Ana walked up the path, her dress catching the light, and when Luke turned around, his whole face lit up. They hugged. Giggled together. And took a deep breath before the whirlwind of the day began. It was one of those moments where you could just feel that they were made for each other.
The ceremony took place overlooking the rolling green hills of Gale Woods Farm, framed by tall trees and wide-open skies.
Family and friends gathered to watch as Luke and Ana exchanged vows they wrote themselves, filled with humor, faith, and tears of gratitude. When they sealed their new marriage with a kiss, the crowd erupted in cheers. And a few happy tears (maybe some from me), too.
Their wedding party was the definition of joyful. The bridesmaids in sage green and the groomsmen in suspenders and boots looked right at home among the fields. The reception inside the barn was full of string lights, rustic tables lined with greenery, and the sound of clinking glasses and laughter that filled the night.
As the sun dipped behind the hills, Luke and Ana danced for the first time as husband and wife.
The air felt light, hopeful, and full of love: the kind that everyone in the room could feel.
Luke and Ana, your Gale Woods Farm wedding was everything it should be. Warm, meaningful, and completely you. Thank you for having me as your Minnesota wedding photographer!
