When Rachel and David said they were interested in a photoshoot at one of my favorite central Minnesota locations, I said SIGN. ME. UP! Their Nature Preserve engagement session at Quarry Park was such a good time! It’s hard to beat incredible scenery and two people so in love!
Rachel and David met each other on a dating app and went to a golf driving range for their first date. Their favorite date night activity is still golfing together. So cute! They love spending time together doing activities they both love, like fishing. A lot of the time they spend together is enjoying the hobbies and interests they share.
When he knew it was time to propose, David had to be a little creative to get Rachel to the proposal location without her suspecting. He asked her dad for some help with yard work at their family lake house. Little did Rachel know that it was a set-up to get her out to the lake! David proposed down by the water, and of course she said yes! David arranged for all their parents to show up a little later for a celebration. It was the sweetest time with family.
Their engagement session was at the Quarry Park, which is an absolutely GORGEOUS location. It was a hot, but beautiful summer evening exploring the diverse park. One of the reasons I love this location so much is because it has SOOO much to offer. The reflecting pools, the prairie, the cliffs and rocks… there is really something for everyone! We, of course, explored it all.
Rachel and David’s love was so clear in their photos. It was like they were straight out of a romance novel! Thank you for inviting me to capture your sweet love story at your Nature Preserve engagement session. I cannot wait for your 2025 wedding at The Regency Venue!
