I knew they’d be great together.
They could laugh over everything.
Light and kind-hearted. From the moment I met these two, I knew their day would be as gorgeous as the love they share.
When I arrived on site, Ashley was in the chair getting her makeup done, very obviously glowing with excitement for the day ahead. No worries or fears; just joy to get to marry her forever person.
After capturing some details and special moments, it was time to take these two for their First Look. We had originally chosen a grove of pink flowering trees, but then saw a GORGEOUS blooming apple tree in the distance. We couldn’t resist taking the golf cart there to capture such a special moment together. An extremely sweet gift exchange led way for some portrait time and getting ready for the ceremony.
Guests arrived with blankets to the ceremony site, a confirming image to the brisk air that filled the Spring sky. With the peaceful sounds of the fountain behind them, Ashley and Cory shed a few happy tears as they realized they were about be husband and wife. They joy on their faces as they turned to their family and friends following their first kiss was insurmountable. Not a moment later did the golf cart whisk them away to their party. They enjoyed a fabulous meal, laughs, SO MANY kisses, and dancing. Lots and lots of dancing!
Cheers, you two! I pray peace and joy over you both as you go on to live out your promises. May you choose to love and serve each other in the small daily acts as well as through the highs and lows. I am ecstatic you have one another! Blessings on your family and much love from me.
