Over the years, I’ve finally curated the 10 tools I couldn’t live without as a wedding photographer. 01 | Honeybook

If you are not already using Honeybook, you need to start! You want to spend more time capturing memories and less time worrying about managing clients. Gone are the days of endless email chains and chasing down approvals. Honeybook is my go-to client management platform. It allows me to send contracts, proposals, and invoices with ease. Plus, it creates a beautiful branded portal where clients can view galleries, download images, and order prints – all in one place. Honeybook saves me tons of time and keeps everyone on the same page, which is a win-win!

02 | Flodesk

An important part of my business is connecting with my leads and clients, but building beautiful email newsletters can be a chore. Flodesk takes the hassle out of it. As a wedding photographer, I’m traveling a lot. Keeping track of mileage for business purposes can be a nightmare. MileIQ takes the guesswork out of it. 06 | Lightroom

No photographer’s toolbox is complete without a powerful editing software.  Lightroom is my editing platform of choice. It allows me to make quick and efficient edits, organize my photos, and create consistent presets to achieve my signature style.

07 | Felix Gray Blue Light Glasses

Long editing sessions can wreak havoc on your eyes. When you’re burning the midnight oil to get your images ready to deliver, you need all the help you can get! Felix Gray blue light glasses are a game-changer! They filter out harmful blue light, reducing eye strain and headaches, so I can stay focused and productive all day long. And it doesn’t hurt that they have a bunch of cute frames!

08 | Adjustable Desk

I love that photography keeps me moving and active during my sessions. Sitting all day isn’t ideal for anyone, especially photographers. If you do not use Canva already, stop what you’re doing and go check it out. Seriously. Canva is a design powerhouse! I use it to create everything from social media graphics and marketing materials to client questionnaires and mood boards. It’s free, easy to use, and offers tons of beautiful templates to get you started. This is a great tool for any small business owner, not just photographers.

10 |  Photo Mechanic

Culling and organizing photos after a shoot can be time-consuming. Photo Mechanic is a powerful photo ingestor that lets me quickly import, rename, tag, and sort my images. It saves me countless hours and keeps my photo library organized and accessible.
