When you’re ready to hire, finding the right photographer for you is the first step.
This person will be capturing your biggest moments. You want someone that will help cheer you on and also make beautiful art. Here’s a list of some things to consider:
- Pricing is always going to be a factor, but don’t let it be your only one. Find out what’s important to you and add that on. Maybe you want a photographer who provides a la carte products. Maybe you want all the digitals. Different needs have different prices.
- Quality is also a big deal! You’ll want to look through multiple sessions (or even full wedding galleries if you’re getting married) so you can make sure their photos are consistently up to the standard of what you’re looking for.

People may say their session was great because they didn’t feel rushed and that’s important to you. Maybe they say they loved how their photographer was prepared for anything with an emergency wedding kit!
