To say I had a blast with this amazing couple for their golden hour at North Shore session would be an understatement! Danielle and Riley were such a delight to work with, and I am already eagerly awaiting their winter wedding at Nature Link Market!
We started the session on the cliffside, where Danielle’s dusty blue dress really popped against the greens, browns and grays of the environment. These two did an amazing job dressing themselves! The blue hues in the first outfit were so complimentary to North Shores.
Danielle and Riley wandered with me all over the rocks, totally up for any adventure. They are so clearly in love, laughing and joking the entire session. You can just tell by the way they look at each other… they are best friends. It was such an honor/joy/amazing experience to be the one documenting them. I never take that for granted.
After shooting on the rocks, they switched up the outfits to a white & denim moment. We love a classic look! And Danielle’s off the shoulder white blouse was the perfect nod to her bridal era.
We went closer to the water to capture some of that golden hour at North shore, and we braved the cold air coming off the lake! But Danielle and Riley were unphased! Their Winter wedding will be amazing!
The North Shores is such an unbelievably stunning place to shoot. While I have many places I love photographing, this is definitely a top fav. If you’re an engaged couple, definitely consider it for your engagement photos. Scenery like this is part of what makes being a Minnesota wedding photographer so amazing.
