The Story: A fun and playful engagement session
I just had the most amazing engagement session with Lexi and Christopher. Let me tell you, it was absolutely stunning! We headed up to Minnesota’s North Shore and boy, oh boy, the scenery did not disappoint. We started off at Palisade Head, taking in the breathtaking views of Lake Superior from the cliffs. I mean, seriously, it felt like we were in a dream. To celebrate such a special moment, we popped open a bottle of champagne and had a little toast. It was pure bliss.
But the fun didn’t stop there. We then made our way to Black Beach, and let me tell you, that place is a hidden gem. The black sand and rocks created the most perfect backdrop for some playful and candid shots. Lexi and Christopher were just beaming with joy, and I was over the moon capturing those genuine moments. It was natural, it was joyful, and it was exactly what engagement sessions are all about.
Now, here’s the exciting part – I get to be their photographer for their wedding next year! I can’t even put into words how thrilled I am. It’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with wedding photography. Being able to capture these timeless memories, the love and excitement of a couple, it’s a true honor. And let me just say, after spending this time with Lexi and Christopher, I know their wedding day is going to be absolutely magical.
